We want you to feel confident using Trendy Filters. If you have a billing issue or cannot access the features you paid for, contact us at support@textmotionlab.com.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the Premium tier.
- Accidental renewal reported promptly.
Response time
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. If we do not respond within this timeframe, Creem may issue a refund on our behalf.
How to request
Email support@textmotionlab.com with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information to validate the charge.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Creem. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
